No! As a client, it is free to post a project on Almaday.
Most of our freelancers charge between $55 and $150 an hour depending on location, skills and experience level. Hours needed depend on the project specifics. We require a minimum of 3 hours per project. Almaday has a services fee that is included in the freelancer's hourly rate.
We invoice our clients twice a month. Invoices are due immediately but clients will have an opportunity to review the charges prior to processing.
We accept all major credit cards.
We will respond to your job post by introducing you to the most appropriate freelancer. We apply our proprietary matching formula to ensure a great fit, that takes into account your desired skill set, outcome, and aesthetic. We set up a complimentary 20-minute intro call with your match for you to confirm fit. Your project starts once you accept the match.
We will re-match you with a different freelancer within 48 hours.
Our freelancers are located globally with a majority in the U.S.A. Most of our freelancers work remotely but occasionally we might be able to match you with a local freelancer.
We hand-pick the freelancers we work with to ensure quality candidates. Most of our freelancers have worked for some of the best brands and startups in ecommerce, retail, tech, and food.
Our vetting process is very thorough and fewer than 5% of all candidates are accepted. Applications to join the Almaday network go through both automatic and manual reviews that evaluate a number of criteria like quality and length of past experience.
After the preliminary screen, each candidate has a video interview to vet their skills and core competencies, communication skills, and professionalism.
Only applicants that pass all parts of the vetting process will be accepted into the Almaday network.
